Healing services and seminar services are not refundable.
All other products may be returned within 15 days upon customer's receipt of the
merchandise. All returned products must be in new and unused condition.
Herbal products must be unopened. Prior to submission of refund, an
RA number must be obtained from our customer
services at

The RETURN AUTHORIZATION number must be written on
the outside of all
return packages, and a copy of the original invoice must be enclosed
