Thanks again for your great work today with my first acupuncture treatment – it was a great experience and I appreciate your care!
As soon as I met Dr. Liao he was very affable and friendly, treating his patients with gentle care and politeness. Knowing it was my first time getting acupuncture treatment, he made sure to be gentle and assured me that the procedure would be painless. Dr. Liao made light conversation and humorous jokes as a way to put me at ease and to distract me from the process – even though the procedure was so breezy there probably wasn’t any need for distractions. He assured me that he would take good care of me as a patient and went through issues/problems I said I was dealing with. Just from watching Dr. Liao work you could tell he’s been doing this for a long time and is very knowledgeable and proficient at what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Liao’s care and services as he brings back the definition of “patient care”.
