I Learned So Much in 3 Months

I have been learning and practicing Mr. Owens Essence Tai Chi for approximately 3 months. For the past 30 years I have learned and practiced many different type of martial arts and have had numerous instructors. Mr. Owens's teaching ability, information organization and presentation are excellent. With Mr. Owens's guidance anyone can learn and benefit form Tai Chi. Amazingly in the short amount of time that I have been practicing Essence Tai Chi I have already realized significant internal and external benefits, So much so that I have incorporated Essence Tai Chi into my daily practice routine.

My only regret is that I didn't meet Mr. Owen years ago, however I look forward to practicing and discovering more with Essence Tai Chi in the years to come.
