Frozen Shoulder

I’m an avid practitioner of martial arts, and I received a severe shoulder injury.  It resulted into adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) of my right shoulder.  I visited a chiropractor for this problem twice and had no positive results.  I also took prescription muscle relaxers with no positive results.  I went to Owen with my shoulder as a primary compliant and mentioned my Degenerative Disc Disease in my cervical spine to him as a secondary condition.  At that visit my shoulder was remarkably better.  I felt as if I had no problem in my right shoulder at all, as if the injury never happened.  The pain was gone and I had full range of motion in my joint again. 

After the treatment I noticed a series of things that had improved that I had not come to or mentioned to Owen.  I have always had weak ankles, they would become fatigued easily with my exercises as I have broken them a few times.  I insisted on rehabilitating them myself.   My tailbone was problematic when I performed sit-ups and one of my lower vertebrae joints would pop when I completed a sit-up.  After the treatment my ankles had improved in strength and stability and my tailbone had relaxed during sit-ups.  These problems I did not mention to Owen and with his Qi “X-ray Scanning” noticed them as problems that were affecting me, and treated them.  My ankles had benefited up to a year with only one treatment of help, with Owen not even focusing on them as the primary complaint.  I can currently wrestle on a competitive basis with no pain involved.
